For the second straight year, Bob Keane has received the American Society of Naval Engineers (ASNE) Jimmie Hamilton Award for the best peer-reviewed paper “Rapid Warship Acquisition: A Case for Fundamental Change in Design and Acquisition Policy” published in the Naval Engineers Journal in 2018.
He also received the ASNE CAPT Frank Law Award for outstanding contribution to the advancement of the society through dedicated and exemplary service, as well as a 50-year membership certificate.
